Stuffed Mushroom Caps

8 white button mushrooms (large) stems removed

8 basil leaves

8 tbps assiago cheese

Directions:

Lay a basil leaf in cavity in each mushroom and fill with 1 tbsp cheese.  Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 F for 15 - 20 minutes, until cheese bubbles.
